Custom converters have a Lifetime Warranty and are eligible for return only in the case of being defective.

We are committed to providing 100% customer satisfaction! We do offer a Lifetime warranty.

Within 30 days of receipt, you may return products that are in the original packaging, have not been used, installed, or disassembled, are not damaged due to incorrect installation, and do not have missing parts, hardware, or instructions. Custom converters can only be returned if defective. Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a full refund will be issued. The cost of shipping will be refunded only in those instances that the return is a result of our error or if the part is defective. In the case of a defective part within one year of the purchase date, you may either exchange for the same part or get a full refund. The buyer pays shipping to return the defective part. If exchanging, the replacement part will be shipped to the buyer at no cost for standard shipping. It is best to contact us before ordering your parts to confirm the correct items for your repair.
